Derek Carawan opened Carawan Financial Partners in March of 2006 to have the ability to create truly personalized investment solutions for a variety of styles and comfort levels, rather than steering clients into investments that only work for the investment firm.
“One game, one pitch can change everything for a hitter. The way I like to approach it is that every at-bat is its own unique opportunity to go out there and do something really good.” ~ Anthony Rizzo
Derek strongly believes in creating personalized plans for his clients. By serving the client to the best of his ability, he believes both parties will find increased satisfaction and rewards.
It is important to understand the client’s position, finances, investment experience, fears, and needs for safety versus the amount of risk that should be undertaken before suitable and individual client solutions can be crafted. Derek begins by assessing each client’s risk tolerance through a specialized academic framework, utilizing a simple process that calculates an individual risk number to develop client portfolios aimed at predictable outcomes. Rather than cookie-cutter portfolios, Derek believes his attention to the individual truly sets his services above those of his competitors.
MOTTO: Building lifelong relationships with our clients comes from caring and sharing the right solutions to solve their family and individual needs.
